More on the Journals:
Further to what we have discussed during the lecture series, you have used the ‘journal’ to record and respond to the six lectures that I gave. It should be a combination of your understanding of the lectures, further research and thoughts; it also is a combination of words and sketches.
From week 7 onwards, you will, in a similar fashion, continue to use the same journal as your studio research and design sketch book. The journal will be submitted along with your final assignment to your new studio master. For the final submission, you can sort and reorganize the journal in a legible and sequential manner and submit a scanned copy. Some studio masters may ask to see the hard copy.
Best,
Xing
